Service Description
Take part in our Shake Dance Fitness session followed by an additional 15 minutes of Core Strength and Toning each Wednesday 6.15-7.15pm at Northop. A strong core makes it easier to do most physical activities, helping to prevent injuries, improving posture and reducing lower back pain. Different levels of each exercise are given throughout the core session making it accessible to all ages and strength abilities. The 15 minute core class rotates on a four week basis to keep it fresh and to ensure all core muscles are targeted. Both classes bring great results to your everyday life, give them a try! Please bring your own yoga type mat for Core.
